On October 3rd, Harvard Law School's Program on the Legal Profession hosted the second event marking the report’s release – a forum titled Now More Than Ever: Marshaling Pro Bono Resources for People in Poverty. Speakers and panelists included: David Wilkins of Harvard Law School; LSC Board Chairman John Levi; Task Force Co-Chair Martha Minow, of Harvard Law School; the Honorable Margaret Marshall, former chief justice of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts; Michael Strautmanis, deputy assistant to President Obama; Robert J. Grey Jr. of Hunton & Williams LLP, an LSC Board member and former president of the American Bar Association; Nan Heald of Pine Tree Legal Assistance; Mary Ryan of Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP; and LSC President James J. Sandman.
