Request for Proposals for Facilitation of a First-Time Collective Bargaining Agreement via Interest-Based Bargaining

LSC is seeking to engage a facilitator for negotiations of its first collective bargaining agreement (CBA).  LSC seeks brief proposals from interested parties who have experience facilitating first-time CBAs in newly unionized workplaces and with interest-based bargaining.
