The consultant will work with all LSC programs and the Technology Subcommittee of the State Bar Access to Justice Program which has been coordinating Louisiana's technology planning.

Pine Tree Legal Assistance on behalf of the "State Planning Legal Services Response Team"

To help underwrite the creation of a shared Internet site for poverty law case handlers, including pro bono attorneys. The site will post a brief bank of significant pleadings organized by subject matter and a complete set of Maine District Court forms that could be completed on line and printed for filing. Matching funds of $2,500 to be provided by Maine Bar Foundation.

East Mississippi Legal Services on behalf of all six Mississippi LSC funded Programs

To help with expenses related to the formation of a statewide entity, statewide technology planning, and statewide intake & advice system. Matching funds of up to $25,000 to be provided by the Nebraska State Bar Foundation.

New Hampshire

To pay for a consultant and other costs to facilitate a series of state planning meetings involving a variety of state stakeholders, including staff and Board of LSC and non-LSC programs, the New Hampshire Bar Association and New Hampshire Bar Foundation. To pay for facilitation and other planning expenses to further develop an integrated statewide legal services delivery system. Matching funds to be provided by the North Carolina IOLTA Program.
