COVID-19 Highlights Access Injustice in Personal Bankruptcy

LSC Emerging Leaders Council member Rohan Pavuluri, CEO of Upsolve, has penned an op-ed on the how the current COVID-19 pandemic is highlighting access injustice in personal bankruptcy.

"When over half of America remains under stay-at-home orders, bankruptcy courts that don’t allow everyone to electronically file their forms deny equal protection under the law to the most vulnerable people in our society — the people facing so much financial hardship that they cannot afford a lawyer," he writes.
