PAI Rulemaking Workshop - July 23, 2013

The first of two 2013 Private Attorney Involvement (PAI) rulemaking workshops occurred on July 23 at the Warwick Denver Hotel in Denver, Colorado. The second workshop will be held on September 17, in Washington, DC.  Background information relevant to both workshops, including the Federal Register Notice and the report of the Pro Bono Task Force appear on the main PAI Rulemaking Workshops webpage.
The workshop was hosted by LSC Operations and Regulations Committee Chairman Charles Keckler, and moderated by LSC President Jim Sandman, LSC President.  The panelists were:

  • Lisa Wood, of Foley Hoag LLP, and chair of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Legal Aid and Indigent Defendants (SCLAID)
