The LSC Board of Directors and three of its standing committees will conduct fall quarterly hybrid meetings in Denver, CO, October 19-20, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel (1750 Welton St, Denver, CO 80202). Meeting times listed below are in Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).
Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025
On Sunday, Oct. 19, the first meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m. MDT and will continue until the conclusion of committee business. Estimated times follow.
- ~ 2:30 – 4 p.m. – Delivery of Legal Services Committee meeting
- ~ 4:15 – 5:45 p.m. – Finance Committee meeting
- Adjournment
Monday, Oct. 20, 2025
On Monday, the first committee meeting will begin at 8:45 a.m. MDT, and business will continue until the conclusion of the Board of Directors meeting agenda. Estimated times follow.
- ~ 8:45 – 10 a.m. – Institutional Advancement Committee (includes Communications Subcommittee business)
- ~ 10 – 10:30 a.m. – Grantee Presentation: Colorado Legal Services
- ~ 10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – Open Board of Directors meeting
- ~ 1:15 – 2:30 p.m. – Closed Board of Directors meeting
- Adjournment

The National Archives and Records Administration is closed to normal operations due to federal government shutdown, which began on Oct. 1, 2025. Until the government reopens, public notice of these meetings will not appear in the Federal Register, a service of the National Archives and Records Administration.
