Protecting Legal Aid Operations During Crisis
Grantees will learn about several key elements of continuity of operations plans (COOPs), including:
1. The lifecycle of COOP creation and maintenance,
2. Tailoring COOPs to address common disasters in their geographic areas, and
3. Ensuring open lines of communication with staff and the Board of Directors.
This collaborative infographic between LSC's Model Practices & Innovations and the Legal Aid Disaster Resource Center will help grantees understand the importance of detailed COOPs and how these plans can keep legal aid services going when clients need them most.
