Stefanie Davis

Stefanie Davis is the Deputy General Counsel and Ethics Officer in the Office of Legal Affairs (OLA) at the Legal Services Corporation (LSC). In this role, she oversees OLA’s regulatory and corporate practice areas, as well as coordinates the work of LSC’s Opioid and Veterans Task Forces. She began her legal career at the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless in Washington, DC.

Nicholas Hasenfus

Nicholas Hasenfus is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Boston office. His practice focuses on technology transactions, IP licensing, EV charging systems, transportation, and IT. A former U.S. Marine Corps sergeant who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, he provides pro bono representation to veterans and service members, sits on the LSC Veterans Task Force implementation committee, is a Board Member at Veterans Legal Services, and serves as Pro Bono Chair of the H&K’s Veterans Engagement Network.

Will Gunn

Will A. Gunn is the Vice President for Legal Affairs and General Counsel for the Legal Services Corporation (LSC). In 2009, he was appointed by President Barack Obama as the General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, a position in which he served for five years. Subsequently, he was an attorney with a solo law practice, assisting military members facing adverse actions.
