Public Relations and Strategic Communications Consultant

LSC seeks a public relations and srategic communications consultant to advise it in securing a communications firm to develop a multi‐media campaign directed toward the business community. The successful candidate will have experience in targeted multi‐media campaigns and will advise LSC management on such a campaign aimed at the business community and how to evaluate communications firms best qualified to carry it out.

Preferred Vendors for Videography and Photography Services (Proposals Due April 30, 2018) 

LSC invites qualified videographers to submit proposals for preferred vendor status with LSC for videography and photography services. As a preferred vendor, LSC will be able to contract with you without going through its usual competition process. Preferred vendors retain their status for three year terms.

 Evaluate LSC’s Second Midwest Legal Disaster Coordination Grant Program (Proposals Due March 9, 2018)

LSC invites qualified consultants to submit a proposal to provide grant program evaluation services for its second Midwest Legal Disaster Coordination Project. This project sought to improve and share previously developed disaster preparedness tools with legal aid programs in the Midwest. The successful consultant will evaluate the Project’s effectiveness and make recommendations for how LSC can improve and replicate it.

Revise LSC’s Accounting Guide for Grantees (Proposals Due March 2, 2018)

LSC is inviting proposals from qualified candidates to update and restructure our grantee financial guide, which was last issued in 2010. The new financial guide should address all stages of the grant lifecycle, incorporate current best practices and generally accepted accounting principles, provide LSC grantees with practical solutions to common financial failings, and be consistent with the LSC Audit Guide, including Appendix A, Compliance Supplement for Audits of LSC Recipients.
