Grant Management Services (Proposals Due November 12)

LSC is inviting proposals from qualified candidates to assist with administering, overseeing, and evaluating the effectiveness of its new 2017 Hurricanes and California Wildfires Disaster Relief Grant Program. LSC’s Disaster Relief Grant Program is funded per LSC’s portion of the 2017 Disaster Supplemental Appropriations, which provided special federal funding for survivors of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria and the 2017 California wildfires. LSC’s Hurricanes and California Wildfire Disaster Relief Grants will allow legal aid providers in the areas significantly affected by those disasters to enhance the delivery of storm- and fire-related legal services using mobile resources and technologies and pro bono coordinators.

Preferred Vendors for Employment Staffing Services (Proposals Due November 2)

The Legal Services Corporation (LSC) is inviting proposals from qualified employment staffing agencies to become LSC’s preferred vendor for staffing services. Preferred vendor status gives qualified vendors privileged access to LSC’s staffing opportunities.

Vendor for Implementation of Okta Single Sign-On (Proposals Due September 10, 2018) 

LSC currently owns Okta Adaptive MFA, Universal Directory, and Single Sign-On for our employee/users, Lifecycle Management for 5 OIN Apps, and has stood up an Okta Sandbox for development.  We are interested in partnering with an integrator experienced in implementing Okta (single sign-on) to help us establish a single sign-on platform for LSC and smoothly migrate approximately 1/3 of our current applications to that platform.  Of the applications we want to migrate, four of them need to be configured for Lifecycle Management within our environment. Additionally, LSC is seeking to enhance the security of our environment by implementing multifactor authentication (MFA) for users wishing to access our network remotely.

Public Relations and Strategic Communications Consultant (Proposals Due June 12, 2018)

LSC seeks a public relations and srategic communications consultant to advise it in securing a communications firm to develop a multi‐media campaign directed toward the business community. The successful candidate will have experience in targeted multi‐media campaigns and will advise LSC management on such a campaign aimed at the business community and how to evaluate communications firms best qualified to carry it out.
