She provides leadership and strategic oversight for the Basic Field Grant Program and Technology Initiative Grant Program, which together direct over $520 million annually to nonprofit legal services organizations nationwide. Selena leads teams focused on grantmaking, oversight, and improving legal services delivery to advance access to justice. Selena joined LSC in 2019 and is a licensed Maryland attorney.
