Needed capacities or functions - Grants Management

  1. Grants maintenance system that can perform the following functions: 

    1. ability to integrate with the case management system ("CMS") for easier tracking of cases and activities relating to specific grants; 

    2. track information on grant applications and proposals; 

    3. track information on grant requirements, restrictions, and commitments; 

    4. track payments, remaining balances, and activities throughout the grant term; 

    5. manage reimbursables; 

    6. calculate indirect costs; 

    7. track changes or amendments to grants; 

    8. provide control of expenditures against budget; 

    9. generate reports and track deadlines; and 

    10. manage contact information.
