Grant Management Best Practices Webinar Part One
This webinar provides essential guidance for LSC disaster grantees on managing grants throughout their lifecycle, covering performance plans, progress reporting best practices, financial management, timekeeping compliance, and contract approval processes. The training addresses all three disaster funding streams—Disaster Relief Emergency Grants (DREGs), Disaster Supplemental Appropriations (DSAs), and the Midwest Legal Disaster Coordination Project (MLDCP)—and offers practical strategies for maintaining compliance, documenting grant activities effectively, and communicating proactively with LSC staff.
Future Webinars
LSC will be hosting quarterly disaster trainings throughout 2026. The next training will be held in April (Q2) and will focus on the grant closeout process. Trainings later in 2026 will cover preparing for donor responses, conducting outreach and building relationships with disaster response community members, and developing continuity of operations plans.
