Telework Capacity Building Grant Final Report
The final report for the Telework Capacity Building Grant is due on Sunday, November 1. We encourage early submissions to ensure access to technical assistance before the deadline. The report template for the Telework funds is available here: Telework Grant Report Template.
Training Materials for COVID-19 (CARES Act) Reporting from CMS Vendors
LSC has worked with the following Case Management System vendors to provide instructions for pulling the relevant case report for the LSC COVID-19 Reporting requirements. If your organization does not use one of these CMS vendors, you will need to use the COVID-19 GrantEase Reporting Template for a manual report.

COVID-19 (CARES ACT) Reporting Requirements
These reporting requirements apply to the funds provided to grantees through the following grants from LSC, which are funded by the 2020 CARES Act for response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
